Seeking maximum simplicity, pure lines, and the outline of architecture’s geometrical shapes, nuanced by natural light, and inspired by Mark Rotko’s Black on Black, in 1997 I took this photographs inside the MACBA (Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona). This project was selected for the VIII Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean (Torino, Italy, 1997).
